Puducherry: Man arrested under POCSO Act
Puducherry, Apr 8 (UNI) A 57-year-old man was arrested under POCSO Act on charges of sexually harassing a 16-year-old girl at Muthialpet here.
According to police, Udayakumar, a Real Estate owner used to sexually harass the girl for some time and on information, the Child welfare Committee(CWC) directed the police to conduct an inquiry.
On inquiry, police found that the allegation was true and arrested Udayakumar.
