PV Sindhu takes victory ride in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, Aug 22 (IBNS): Indian shuttler and Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu, who returned to the country on Monday, took a victory ride atop an open roofed bus in Hyderabad.
Crowds, thousands in number, flocked to the streets to get a glimpse of the athlete.
Sindhu and her coach, former Badminton player P Gopichand are set to be awarded, reports said.
An elaborate performance will take place at the Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad in honour of the Olympic medallist.
