Raghubar Das booked for making casteist remarks against Hemant Soren

Dumka/UNI: An FIR has been registered against caretaker Chief Minister Raghubar Das for making casteist remarks against JMM's acting president Hemant Soren.

The FIR has been registered at SC/ST Police Station in case number 110/19 under sections 504/506 of IPC and under Section 3 SC/ST Prevention Atrocities Act.

Arvind Upadhyay SDPO Jamtara has been directed to investigate the case as it was related to Mihijam Police Station of Jamtara district.

The original application of the complaint is also being sent to the police station concerned.

Hemant Soren had filed a complaint on Dec 19 at SC/ST Police Station in Dumka accusing Chief Minister Raghubar Das of using foul language and making casteist remarks against him at a rally in Jamtara.
