Rahul Gandhi meets sanitation workers for third time

| | Jun 18, 2015, at 02:13 am
New Delhi, June 17 (IBNS): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday attended a protest meeting of sanitation workers at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, where he slammed both Narendra Modi and Arvind Kejriwal government.
"I'm not just speaking about sanitation workers. But I'm addressing all weaker sections of the society," he said.

"The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and Arvind Kejriwal think they can make any sort of promises," he said.

"When the army of India (workers and farmers) stands, nobody can challenge you. We will ensure that your demands are met," he told the workers.

This Gandhi's third address to Delhi's sanitation workers, who had been on a strike last week over non-payment of salary.
