New Delhi: Taking yet another dig at the ruling BJP a day after all accused in the Sohrabuddin encounter case were acquitted by a special CBI court in Mumbai, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday in a tweet enlisted several people who died unnaturally saying "No One Killed.......".  Besides Sohrabuddin Sheikh, Rahul Gandhi mentioned names like former Gujarat Home Minister Haren Pandya and Justice Loya among others.

The Congress president in a sarcastic manner tweeted:
‏
NO ONE KILLED...

Haren Pandya.

Tulsiram Prajapati.

Justice Loya.

Prakash Thombre.

Shrikant Khandalkar.

Kauser Bi.

Sohrabuddin Shiekh.

THEY JUST DIED.

A special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Friday acquitted all 22 people who were accused in the case pertains to the fake encounter of gangster Sohrabuddin Sheikh and his aide Tulsiram Prajapati, media reports said.

Twenty-two people, most of them were officers from Gujarat and Rajasthan, have been acquitted owing to unsubstantial evidences.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which probed the case, had earlier said Sheikh was murdered for political and financial gains.

In such a politically-sensitive case, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Amit Shah was also an accused.

However, of the 38 people who were charged, 16 of them including Shah were earlier acquitted.
