Rajasthan: Karni Sena President Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi shot dead in Jaipur

Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena president Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Jaipur city of Rajasthan on Tuesday, media reports said.

Two other people, who were with the Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena president, were injured in the incident.

According to the police, Gogamedi was standing outside his house at around 1.45 pm when two men on a scooter opened fire at him and fled the spot, reported India Today.

Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was taken to a hospital where he died of his injuries.

According to reports, police have started investigating the incident.
