Rajnath instructs Delhi police to keep premises clean
New Delhi, Oct 4 (IBNS): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday instructed the Delhi Police Commissioner, B.S. Bassi to ensure that all police stations and other complexes of Delhi police are cleaned within a week.
Singh has also asked the Delhi Police Commissioner to personally monitor the cleanliness drive in police buildings.
The Union Home Minister said that he may undertake a surprise visit to any of the police stations or other buildings after one week.
This comes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday launched Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan.
