Rajnath Singh files nomination from Lucknow

Lucknow, Apr 5 (IBNS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Rajnath Singh on Saturday filed his nomination papers from Lucknow seat in Uttar Pradesh.

Singh said the BJP will form the government at the Centre after the Lok Sabha elections.

"We are going to form the government," Singh said.

Singh also tweeted: "Filed my nomination papers from Lucknow today. Urged the cadre to seek vote & support of people from all communities and religion."

 BJP patriarch LK Advani also filed his nomination papers from Gandhinagar seat in Gujarat on Saturday.

The nine-phase Lok Sabha elections all set to begin from Monday.
