New Delhi, Sept 17 (IBNS): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh flagged off the 'Vikas Daud' here on Saturday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.

"Flagged off 'Vikas Daud' in New Delhi today to mark the 66th birthday of our prime minister Shri @narendramodi," Singh tweeted.

Modi turned 66 on Saturday.
