S Jaishankar discusses global political, economic scenario with Singaporean President Tharman Shanmugaratnam

Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met top leaders of Singapore, including President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, during his visit to the country.

During his meeting with Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Jaishankar discussed global political and economic scenario with him.

After his meeting with the President, the Indian minister posted on X: "Discussed the global political and economic scenario, and its implications for India and Singapore."

Jaishankar also delivered the keynote address at the 8th Roundtable of ASEAN - India Network of Think - Tanks in Singapore.

Sharing details about the issues he shared while addressing the event, Jaishankar said, "Spoke about the world in transition, and opportunities for a stronger India - ASEAN partnership."

After meeting Foreign Minister Vivian Bala, Jaishankar said: "Always a pleasure meeting my good friend FM @VivianBala . Appreciated the progress in our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Shared perspectives on regional and global developments."

Jaishankar arrived in Singapore after completing his visit to Australia.
