S Jaishankar reaches Sri Lanka
During the visit, he is scheduled to meet Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera among others.
"The main purpose of the visit of the foreign secretary is to pave the way for the India-Sri Lanka Joint Commission (ISLJC) meeting which would be held in Colombo next month. Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is expected to attend the Commission meeting," the Daily Mirror online reported.
