SC defers hearing of plea to bring back stranded Indians from Kuwait
New Delhi/UNI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday deferred, till next week, the hearing of a petition to bring back Indians stranded in Kuwait.
A division bench-headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan, while postponing the hearing of the petition of 'Velinadu Vaz Tamilar Nala Sangam' , said that he does not have a detailed list of Indians trapped in Kuwait.
Additional Solicitor General K M Nataraja, representing the government, said that he would submit details of the Indians trapped in Kuwait to the court in a week.
After this, the court decided to defer the hearing for next week.
