SC dismisses all petitions challenging CBSE Class 12 Economics paper reexamination
New Delhi, Apr 4 (IBNS): The Supreme Court, on Wednesday, dismissed five petitions challenging CBSE's decision to conduct re-examination of Class 12 Economics paper after alleged leak, according to media reports.
The apex court said it will not interfere in the re-examination decisions taken by the CBSE, reports said.
Although the CBSE Class 10 Mathematics re-test will not be held, that for CBSE Class 12 Economics paper is scheduled to be held on April 25.
