Senior Congress leader Sheila Kaul passes away

New Delhi, June 14 (IBNS) Senior Congress leader and ex-union minister Sheila Kaul died on Saturday.

She was 101 when death came.

Kaul was the oldest surviving former Parliamentarian.

She had also served as the Himachal Pradesh Governor.

Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi has mourned her death.

The Congress tweeted: "Smt. Sonia Gandhi said that Smt Kaul's absence will be felt by the Congress party for a long time to come."
