Snapdeal's missing employee Dipti Sarna found

New Delhi, Feb 12 (IBNS): An employee of online marketplace Snapdeal, who went missing since Wednesday, has been found, officials said.

24-year-old Dipti Sarna has been united with her family.

She was reportedly found close to Panipat.

Quoting Ghaziabad senior superintendent of police Dharmendra, Government of Uttar Pradesh's Twitter handle said: "Ms.Dipti spoke to her parents; soon to join them; we are eagerly awaiting for her return- Sh.Dharmendra,SSP, GZB #HelpFindDipti."

Snapdeal also tweeted: "Dipti has been found and reunited with her family. Will update with more details. Thank you for all your support and prayers. #HelpFindDipti."

Since, she went missing, Snapdeal had started a Twitter hashtag  #HelpFindDipti.

The Uttar Pradesh government also directed the police to start a manhunt for Dipti.

"UPCM @yadavakhilesh has instructed SSP GZB to personally head the search operation of #HelpFindDipti .Several teams formed," CM Office, GoUP tweeted.
