Social media guidelines: SC court to hear all cases
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday transferred to itself all the cases relating to social media guidelines from Madras High Court and other HCs of the country.
A bench, headed by Justice Deepak Gupta, allowed the petition of Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp.
The apex court transferred a case pending in Madras HC before itself to decide the issue.
