| @indiablooms | Oct 18, 2021, at 05:22 pm

Srinagar/IBNS: Two labourers from Bihar were shot to death by terrorists in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir Sunday, media reports said.

The terrorists opened fire at the labourers at Vanpoh in Kulgam.

Another labourer was injured in the incident.

Police tweeted, "#Terrorists fired indiscriminately upon #NonLocal labourers at Wanpoh area of #Kulgam. In this #terror incident, 02 non-locals were killed and 01 injured. Police & SFs cordoned off the area."

With the two killings, the number of deaths of civilians in targeted attacks in the valley this month touched 11.

Out of 11, five were from other states.

An official told NDTV that the fact that five of 11 were from other states imply the terrorists want to drive out people from outside the valley.
