Three killed, many injured as train hits school bus in UP

Lucknow, Dec 4 (IBNS): At least three children were killed and several injured as a school bus was hit by a speeding train at an unmanned level-crossing in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday morning, media reports said.

The incident took place in Mau when the school bus was carrying over 20 primary school children.

Sources said the bus was hit by Varanasi-bound Tamsa Express when it allegedly tried to cross the railway tracks.

Many injured children were taken to a district hospital for media treatment.
