Three killed, one injured in Udhampur road accident

Jammu/UNI: Three persons were killed and one was injured when a mini bus they were traveling in met with an accident and plunged into a deep gorge in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Police here said that three people died, while another was critically injured in an accident in Ramnagar area of district Udhampur.

They said that three persons died after a mini-bus this morning plunged into a gorge when the driver lost its control on the vehicle.

The deceased were identified as Ravinder Singh, 33, son of Shankar Singh of Badhole, Ramnagar, Sanjay Singh, 32, son of Bhagat Ram, resident of Tehsil Basholi, district Katha and driver Bishasher Singh, 48, son of Shardha Ram, resident of Salal, District Reasi.

Meanwhile injured person identified as Rakesh Kumar of Ramnagar was hospitalized at GMC Jammu.
