Two die as SUV falls into deep gorge in Himachal Pradesh

Shimla/UNI: Two people died and three others were injured when the SUV they were travelling in fell into a deep gorge early on Tuesday morning near Kinnaur, police said here.

The deceased were identified as Sandeep (35) and Naresh Khim Chand (35).

Earlier, the rescue party rushed to the spot and evacuated the injured and deceased from the vehicles.

The injured were rushed to Skibba primary health Centre where they were given first aid.

Later they were referred to Reckong-Peo RH.

Police handed over the bodies of the deceased to their family member after the postmortem.
