Two gangsters were arrested and three pistols seized from them following an encounter with the police in Haryana's Faridkot, sources said on Sunday.

The arrested gangsters, Vipal Preet and Karan, alias Ashu - both residents of Jalandhar - are said to be associates of Arsh Dalla.

When the police team tried to nab the gangsters, the latter rained bullets, following which the cops fired back. Both the gangsters were shot in the leg.
