Will approach CBI, CBDT soon against Kejriwal and AAP : Suspended Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra

New Delhi, May 15 (IBNS) : Suspended Aam Aadmi Party leader Kapil Mishra, who rebelled against Arvind Kejriwal and his party by levelling startling allegations, said on Monday that he will write to the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Central Board of Direct Taxes under black money, hawala and money laundering cases to vindicate his charges, media reports said.

"Whenever I would be discharged from the hospital, I will make a written complaint to the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Central Board of Direct Taxes under black money, hawala and money laundering cases," Mishra tweeted.

On Sunday, while addressing a press conference, Mishra said the AAP was  lying to the Election Commission  about donations and money laundering through shell companies.

He fainted midway and was admitted to hospital.

Challenging Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's USP-his honesty-Mishra claimed to have  witnessed him accepting Rs. two crore in cash.

He called Kejriwal corrupt.

Mishra also alleged that AAP had lied in its declaration to the EC about the cash it had in bank account in 2013-14 and grossly misrepresented the figure.

He alleged that  AAP had received "crores of rupees" from "shell companies", donated in clandestine ways.

The AAP has, however, refuted all charges dubbed Mishra a BJP operator.
