Mumbai: Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan was left with a shock on the Jio MAMI Film Festival stage as Alia Bhatt uttered an inappropriate word in a slip of tongue.

While giving praise for her Udta Punjab co-star Kareena, Alia said, "..How reckless she was even with her choices. She just did film after film. And she is doing the same thing even now.......She has always been super motivating, a great inspiration for all of us... me and my friends look at her pictures and say oh my God!....She looks even rocking in track-pants, chappals and t shirt..... it is just fuc***g..." (sic)

Following the utterance, Kareena, who was sitting beside Alia, said, "What has just happened!"

Filmmaker Karan Johar, who didn't hear it at first, came to know about the utterance from Kareena and burst into laughter saying, "Is this how I raised you?"

Kareena and Alia were in 2016 film Udta Punjab which also starred Shahid Kapoor.

On the word front, Alia is waiting for the release of Brahmastra while Kareena will next appear in Good News.
