Amitabh Bachchan, Kangana Ranaut receive National Awards

Mumbai, May 3 (IBNS): Actors Amitabh Bachchan and Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday received National Awards for their films Piku and Tanu Weds Manu Returns respectively.

The awards were announced on Mar 28.

With this, Kangana Ranaut scored her third National Award.

Kangana, 29, won the Best Actress National Award last year for Queen and the Best Supporting Award for Fashion in 2009. Tanu Weds Manu Returns, co-starring R Madhavan, was 2015's first 100 crore hit.

This is  Bachchan's fourth win after Agneepath, Black and Paa.
