Anil, Ranveer, Farhan suggest 'Dil Dhadakne Do' to City of Joy
The film comprises a star-studded cast including Bollywood actresses Priyanka Chopa, Anushka Sharma and Shefali Shah as its leading ladies.
Anil said, “This is one of the best films we have done.” In the movie, Anil is paired up with Shefali Shah where they'll be seen parenting Priyanka and Ranveer's characters.
The movie is directed by Zoya Akhtar of 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' fame.
Ranveer said, “It was a wonderful shooting experience. I hope the film will be an absolute blast."
Rahul Bose, Zarina Wahab, Vikrant Massey and Ridhima Sud are among the other actors who contribute to this film.
The songs from the movie are already a hit among the audience. The title track of 'Dil Dhadakne Do' has been sung by Priyanka Chopra alongside Farhan Akhtar.
Farhan spoke highly of Priyanka's singing debut in Bollywwod via Dil Dhadakne Do. He said, “She is a great singer. She has a nice texture in her voice.”
The other songs from this multi-starer movie include youtube hits like 'Galla Goorian', 'Pehli Baar' and 'Girls Like To Swing'. The music of the film composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
Actress Anushka Sharma skipped the promotion of the film due to her health.
She tweeted, "Oh guys feeling terrible bout being sick & missing out on the fun with d boys! Will bounce back & join the fun soon."
Produced by both Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, 'Dil Dhadakne Do' has raised a lot of eyebrows during its promotions.
The movie will be hitting the Indian theatres on June 5, 2015.
