Mumbai/IBNS: 'Pehle Bhi Main', a steamy romantic song featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Triptii Dimri from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's blockbuster film 'Animal', was released by the makers on Tuesday.

The song, which is composed and sung by Vishal Mishra, captures the intense onscreen romance between Ranbir and Triptii, who have raised mercury level with some of the scenes including nudity.

Triptii, who had earlier caught the audience's glare with 'Bulbbul', 'Qala', became an online sensation after her chemistry with actor Ranbir in 'Animal' was loved by the viewers.

After the success of 'Animal', she got her Instagram followers shot up to over 4 million from 6 lakh in a quick time.

Reacting to the growth of her followers' list on Instagram, Triptii, who is labelled as the "national crush" on social media, told News 18, "My friends and family are keeping a track on my follower count. They keep sending me screenshots every now and then. In fact, every night, I've been checking messages on Instagram. It’s a wonderful feeling.

"You obviously feel great when people watch something you’ve done and they like and appreciate your performance in it. I’m in a good space."

'Animal', which co-stars Rashmika Mandanna, shows Ranbir's toxic relationship with his father played by Anil Kapoor.

The plot shows Ranbir would go to any length to protect his father, even impacting his relationship with his wife played by Rashmika.

Despite the massive success in the box office, the film received flak for allegedly glorifying violence and misogyny.
