Mumbai,Aug 2 (IBNS): Remembering his recovery from the injury he had suffered while shooting for his hit movie 'Coolie', megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Tuesday thanked his fans for their wishes on his 'Happy Second Birthday'.

Bachchan told his fans he was overwhelmed by their wishes.

"TO ALL THAT WISH ME TODAY, MAY I JUST SAY I AM OVERWHELMED BY YOUR PRAYERS AND CONCERN AND LOVE ..INDEBTED," Big B tweeted.

Bachchan had suffered a serious injury while shooting for 'Coolie' in 1982.

Aug 2 is considered as a sort of rebirth in the life of Bachcan from the injury.

He posted, " Some years you do not wish to remember .. thank you to them that prayed for me."

His son and actor Abhishek Bachchan wrote on his Instagram page: "

I can't even remember how many times I would drape a bedsheet in the same way and re-enact this sequence from "Coolie". Would make my friends play the role of Zafar and shoot me with a plastic play gun and I would play the part of Iqbal. Yup, I learnt very early in my life that God made only one Amitabh Bachchan. Happy second birthday Pa. You are my inspiration."
