| | Jan 22, 2015, at 08:48 pm
The trailer of the most awaited detective film, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! was launched on Wednesday.

Director Dibakar Banerjee along with Sushant Singh Rajput recreated Kolkata of the 1943 for the trailer launch of the film.

From the streets, to the people and the food, everything was recreated brilliantly and to give the feel of the era.

There were also food stalls where they were serving dishes exclusive to the cuisine of Kolkata,  of that era. Some of the food being served was peanut and tea in mud cups, jaal muri, momos, paan, lucci, coconut water, kebabs, sugarcane juice, mishit doi, gola, etc.

Based on the iconic character, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!  releases on 3rd April 2015.
