Chirag Paswan and Kangana Ranaut, former co-actors, now reunite in Parliament

New Delhi/IBNS: More than a decade after they featured together in a Bollywood film, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief and central minister Chirag Paswan and actress-turned MP Kangana Ranaut reunited through politics in Parliament.

During a recent NDA meeting in Parliament, the two met and greeted each other as cameras captured the moment.

"Kangana?" Chirag called the actress-MP and then the two hugged and briefly talked in a reunion during the NDA meeting.

Chirag and Kangana featured together in the 2011 Bollywood film Miley Naa Miley Hum, which was the debut project of the LJP (Ras Vilas) chief.

But Chirag's Bollywood stint was very short as he switched to politics following the unsuccessful run of the film.

Kangana, who was already a known face in Bollywood in 2011, went on to feature in more successful films.

The actress is set to make her debut as a parliamentarian winning from Himachal Pradesh's Mandi on a BJP ticket in the Lok Sabha polls this year.

The LJP (Ram Vilas) is a key ally of the BJP.
