Judwaa 2 crosses lifetime biz of Raees, Toilet Ek Prem Katha

Mumbai, Oct 23 (IBNS): Varun Dhawan's Judwaa 2 is now the second highest grossing movie of 2017, after it formally crossed the lifetime collection of Shah Rukh Khan's Raees and Akshay Kumar's Toilet Ek Prem Katha recently.

Judwaa 2 has grossed Rs 137.81 crore so far.

''#Judwaa2 is now the SECOND HIGHEST GROSSER of 2017 *so far*, after #Baahubali2... Crosses lifetime biz of #Raees and #ToiletEkPremKatha," film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh's tweet read.

''#Judwaa2...Week 1: ₹ 98.08 cr Week 2: ₹ 27.76 cr Week 3: ₹ 11.34 cr Weekend 4: ₹ 63 lakhs Total: ₹ 137.81 cr India biz. SUPERHIT,'' an ensuing tweet added.

The movie is directed by David Dhawan and stars Varun Dhawan in dual roles alongside Jacqueline Fernandes and Taapsee Pannu
