Kalki 2898 AD starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone sweeps box office on day 1

As per a report by Sacnilk, Kalki 2898 AD has grossed Rs. 95.3 crore in all languages at the box office.

The film has collected INR. 65.8 crore in Telugu, INR. 4.5 crore in Tamil, INR. 22.5 crore in Hindi, INR. 0.3 crore in Kannada and INR. 2.2 crore in Malayalam.

The film is expected to earn INR. 50 crore on Friday, the second day since its release.

The film also features Disha Patani, Saswata Chatterjee in the lead.

Its timeline will commence with Indian epic Mahabharata and merge with 2989 AD.
