Kiara Advani to star opposite Ranveer Singh in Farhan Akhtar's Don 3

Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actress Kiara Advani has joined the star cast of Farhan Akhtar directorial Don 3, which features Ranveer Singh in the lead.

Welcoming Kiara who will star alongside Ranveer, Farhan posted on X, "Welcome to the Don universe @advani_kiara #Don3."

Excited Kiara posts on X, "Thrilled to be part of the iconic Don franchise and to be working with this incredible team! Seeking all your love and support as we set out on this exciting journey together."

Ranveer will fill in the shoes of acting legend Amitabh Bachchan and superstar Shah Rukh Khan featuring as Don in the franchise of the same name.

While Bachchan had originally played the lead in the 1978 film Don, the remake of the same, featuring SRK in the lead, was helmed by Farhan in 2006.

The sequel to Farhan's Don, titled as Don 2, starring SRK was released in 2011.

Don 3 is expected to release on big screens in 2025.
