Koffee With Karan 7 is currently 'Most-Viewed' Hindi streaming show
New Delhi: The brand-new season of ‘Koffee with Karan’ with intriguing conversations and entertaining camaraderie, has topped the five ‘Most-Viewed’ Hindi streaming shows in India.
As the first episode featuring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh was dropped last week, the show streaming on Disney+ Hotstar stands tall at number one, with 12.2 million views - on the list of ‘Top 5 Most Viewed’ Hindi streaming shows.
"Topping the chart as the most viewed show, ‘Koffee With Karan 7’ has surpassed other shows like ‘Ranveer Vs Wild with Bear Grylls’ - 6.7 million (Netflix), ‘Aashiqana’- 4.6 million (Disney+ Hotstar), ‘Miya Biwi Aur Murder’- 4 million (MX Player), and ‘Saas Bahu Achaar Pvt. Ltd’- 3.7 million (3.7 million)," an official statement said on Tuesday.
This season kickstarts with beloved Bollywood heartthrobs Alia and Ranveer on the couch, getting candid with Karan Johar.
The conversations are no holds barred, as the trio touch upon celebrity relationship trajectories, supporting their partners and their lives after marrying the love of their lives.
Social media was abuzz with the show’s potboiler conversations that revolved around adapting different cultures, marriage proposals and manifestations on the couch becoming real. Special shoutouts were given to Ranveer for being the ultimate entertainer and to Alia for sharing more about her married-life.
It all pointed to the show’s enigmatic entertainment factor that has been making viewers tune in for the past 18 years.
'Koffee with Karan' Season 7 airs on Disney+ Hotstar, with new tattletale games including Koffee Bingo, Mashed Up, along with the all-time favourite rapid fire, bringing fans closer to their favourite stars.
