Lata Mangeshkar is stable: Madhur Bhandarkar

Mumbai/IBNS: Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar said singer Lata Mangeshkar, who was admitted to a hospital recently, is 'stable'.

" Visited the Hospital to see @mangeshkarlata didi glad to inform that she is stable and responding positively to the treatment. Thanks everyone for countless blessings & prayers for her speedy recovery," Bhandarkar tweeted.

Lata Mageshkar is currently admitted to Mumbai's Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital.

The Indian singer, who has won hearts over the years for her memorable songs, was admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital after reportedly complaining of breathing trouble. 

She is 90.
