The fashionista, designer, dancer, entrepreneur, who claims to not like free time at all, is totally focused on her acting career right now and feels that creative satisfaction is her biggest motivator.
Though it was her first time facing the camera, she found it similar to performing live on the stage. With guidance from director Muzaffar Ali and her male lead Imran, things were made easy for this multi talented beauty. She is not bothered about the controversies that surround heroines and has strong opinions about ignoring them, believing instead in just doing her job. When asked to name the one actor and actress respectively who are a complete package in Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha were her instant choices.
Growing up in a Urdu speaking house where her mother made sure that she would not forget her mother tongue, the dialect of the 1870’s was not much of a challenge for her, after just a few rehearsals. Talking about her co-star Imran Abbas Naqvi, she was all praise for him, both as a person and as an actor. A big star in Pakistan, he evidently helped her out with the dialogues and according to her, was a great guy to work with. Their good chemistry will soon be evident on screens!
