Rolling Stone to perform free concert in Cuba

London, Mar 3 (IBNS) British rock band The Rolling Stone announced on Tuesday that they will be performing a free concert in Cuba.
The concert will take place in Havana's Ciudad Deportiva de la Habana on Mar 25.

The band was quoted in their official website as saying, "We have performed in many special places during our long career but this show in Havana is going to be a landmark event for us, and, we hope, for all our friends in Cuba too."
 
The Rolling Stones are an iconic English rock band formed in London in 1962, which were in the vanguard of the British Invasion of bands that became popular in the US in 1964–65. 
 
MickJagger  is the band's lead vocalist and a co-founder.
