Saif Ali Khan's Kaalakaandi crosses Rs. 2 crore mark

Mumbai, Jan 14 (IBNS):Saif Ali Khan's latest released movie Kaalakaandi has earned Rs. 2.45 crores at the Box Office till Saturday.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#Kaalakaandi Fri 1.25 cr, Sat 1.20 cr. Total: ₹ 2.45 cr. India biz."

The directorial debut of Delhi Belly writer Akshat Verma in this thrilling dark comedy is the story of six characters from different worlds, urban, ambitious Mumbai and its dark, neglected underbelly.

Produced by Cinestaan Film Company and Ashi Dua Sara of Flying Unicorn, the film stars Saif Ali Khan along with the eclectic ensemble of Deepak Dobriyal, Vijay Raaz, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Akshay Oberoi, Isha Talwar, Shenaz Treasury, Shivam Patil, Amyra Dastur, Nary Singh and Neil Bhoopalam.

Saif in 2017 appeared in Rangoon and Chef.

Both the movies did not click at the Box Office.
