Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt starrer Ishallah to release in Eid 2020

Mumbai, Jun 6 (IBNS): Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer upcoming Hindi film Ishallah will hit the big screens on the occasion of festival Eid-Ul-Fitr in 2020.

The film will be directed by popular filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "IT'S OFFICIAL... Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali... #Inshallah release date finalized: #Eid 2020... SLB teams up with Salman after a long gap... #Inshallah stars Salman and Alia Bhatt."

Inshallah will reunite Khan and Bhansali after two decades since the release of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, which released in 1999, starred actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan (then Aishwarya Rai) opposite Khan.  

Bhansali's last directorial film was Padmaavat, which released in early 2018. 

This is the first film where Bhatt will work with Bhansali and also Khan.

Khan's latest film Bharat was released just a day ago while Bhatt was last seen in Kalank.
