Mumbai, Aug 15 (IBNS): Bollywood superstar Salman Khan on Wednesday unveiled the teaser of his upcoming Hindi film Bharat on the occasion of the country's 71st Independence Day.

Tweeting the teaser, film critic Taran Adarsh said: "On the occasion of Independence Day, Salman Khan unveils the teaser of #Bharat... Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar... Produced by Atul Agnihotri and Bhushan Kumar... Eid 2019 release."

Apart from Salman, the film will feature actress Katrina Kaif in one of the lead roles.

Salman and Katrina, who acted together in numerous films, were last seen together in Tiger Zinda Hai, which was released in 2017.

Tiger Zinda Hai was also directed by Zafar.
