Shahid, Alia bravest actors in tinsel town: Mahesh Bhatt

Mumbai, Jun 17 (IBNS): Thrilled with his daughter's performance in Udta Punjab, producer Mahesh Bhatt is all praise for Alia Bhatt and her co-star Shahid Kappor, and called them the finest actor in Bollywood.

Lauding the film, Bhatt tweeted, "Abhishek Chaubey's UDTA PUNJAB is an outstanding film. Shahid & Alia are the bravest actors in tinsel town."

He said that one must never remain silent about things that matter.

"Our lives begin to end the day we begin to reman silent about things that matter - UDTA PUNJAB matters because it looks at truth in the eye."

Posting pictures of Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan, Bhatt wrote, "SRK with my wonder child!! Alia simply shatters you with her gut wrenching performance in UDTA PUNJAB. Her BEST !!!"
