Mumbai, Mar 3 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor, who came to limelight with her performance in 2013 release "Aashiqui 2", turned 23 on Tuesday.

She is the daughter of Shakti Kapoor, one of the popular antagonists of Indian celluloid.

Shradhha started off in Bollywood with her debut movie 'Teen Patti', where she acted alongside superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

Later, she appeared as the leading lady of 'Luv Ka The End' but it was  'Aashiqui 2' which emerged as the first major success of her career.

She was paired opposite actor Aditya Roy Kapoor in the romantic film which centered around the turbulent relationship between two musicians .

She was one of the leads in movies like, 'Ek Villain' and 'Haider', which were lauded by several critics and movie buffs.
