Shubh Mangal Saavdhan mints nearly Rs. 40 crore at BO

Mumbai, Sept 19 (IBNS): Bollywood's Ayushmann Khurrana has added two hits to his career this year as his last released movie Shubh Mangal Saavdhan is continuing its magic at the Box Office.

The movie is slowly inching towards the Rs. 40-crore mark.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#ShubhMangalSaavdhan [Week 3] Fri 65 lakhs, Sat 1.26 cr, Sun 1.51 cr, Mon 50 lakhs. Total: ₹ 39.68 cr. India biz. HIT. #SMS."

The movie is seeing the reunion of Bhumi and Ayushmann who had earlier worked together in 2015 released movie Dum Laga Ke Haisha.

The movie is directed by R.S. Prasanna and produced by Aanand L Rai.

Bhumi was last seen in another major August release Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.

Shubh Mangal Saavdhan was released earlier this year.
