Mumbai, Dec 19 (IBNS) Actor Sidharth Malhotra, who recently left town for Bangkok to shoot an Ad film, travelled via the local metro while in the country.

Terming the mode of transport as faster, the actor chose to travel in the metro on hearing about traffic on his desired route.

Sidharth, who has a history with metro's as he resided in Delhi, is familiar with the mode of transport to avoid any delays.

On gaining the impromptu opportunity of reliving his Delhi days, the actor insisted on using the convenient mode of transport.

When contacted Sidharth confirmed the news and his spokesperson added, "Sidharth misses being able to use any public transport and was very excited to travel in the local metro. After his journey he was happy to have reached his destination on time."
