Tiger Shroff does not believe in supplements

Mumbai, Dec 20 (IBNS) Young actor Tiger Shroff believes only in maintaining a strict diet and working out with sheer dedication instead of taking supplements or steroids.

Tiger is a pure naturalist. He does not encourage or practice steroids.

The young actor wakes up almost at dawn to practice with his team. He works out for 4-5 hours every day without fail.

He is trained in martial arts and also regularly visits the gym.

Tiger is very disciplined and focused.

He believes fitness is for all and it's very important that health is looked after first.

He is an endorser of good health and is often seen guiding people about health and fitness.

Tiger delivered a hit with his debut film Heropanti and is going to start working on his next project under the same banner soon.
