Roger Federer withdraws from Cincinnati Masters

London, Aug 15 (IBNS): Swiss Tennis master Roger Federer on Tuesday pulled put of Cincinnati Masters due to back injury.

Due to this withdrawal, Spain's Rafael Nadal will now become the new number one player in the world.

The Swiss player was injured during Sunday's Rogers Cup final defeat by Alexander Zverev.

Andy Murray, who is the current number one player in the world,  pulled out of Cincinnati last week.

Murray will be replaced by Nadal to the top spot.

Nadal will reach the top spot for the first time since July 2014.
