Ravi Ahuja to take over as Sony Pictures CEO as Tony Vinciquerra will step down in early 2025

California/IBNS: Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) revealed on Tuesday (Oct. 1) that its Chairman and CEO, Tony Vinciquerra, will step down from his position on January 2, 2025, and Ravi Ahuja, the current Chief Operating Officer (COO), who has been with SPE since 2021, will take over as the new CEO.

ZEE Entertainment shareholders approve merger with Sony Pictures Networks

New Delhi: ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) on Friday said that its shareholders have given the green signal to the proposed merger of ZEEL and Bangla Entertainment Pvt Ltd with and into Culver Max Entertainment Pvt Ltd (formerly Sony Pictures Networks India).

Mumbai/IBNS: Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday granted approval to Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) regarding its proposed merger with Culver Max Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (previously Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited).
