New York, Oct 3 (IBNS) Despite "good results" in the fight against the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, much still remains to be done in order to extinguish the threat posed by the virulent disease, the head of the United Nations Mission for Ebola Emergency Response (UNMEER) confirmed on Thursday.
