J&K floods a grim reminder of increasing climate change impact in India: CSE

New Delhi, Sept 10 (IBNS): As Jammu and Kashmir struggles to fight the onslaught of extreme weather with flood disrupting life in the north Indian state, an analysis by Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) has suggested that it could be the result of extreme weather event, induced by a changing climate.
