Male factor accounts for 20-30% of infertility cases in Kolkata: Specialists

Kolkata, June 8 (IBNS): Two years into their marriage, Debolina (29) and her husband Indranil (32) (names changed) decided to start a family. After six months of trying, the couple failed to conceive and were left dejected. They then turned to fertility specialists, who evaluated both of them and found that Debolina’s reports were normal. However, Indranil was found to have poor sperm parameters that caused infertility.
