New Delhi, Aug 13 (IBNS): Union Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Uma Bharti and Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu launched Smart Ganga City Scheme on Saturday in ten important cities through video conference.
